Frequently asked questions
Why do you ask for this information?
Law firms may need to understand a client’s identity, the matter and relevant source-of-funds information before deciding whether and how to proceed.
Should I send documents now?
No. Do not email original identity documents, bank passwords or online-banking credentials. Once appropriate, we will provide or confirm a secure method for document transfer.
Does submitting the intake mean I have been accepted?
No. A lawyer must review the information. Submission does not create a lawyer-client relationship, confirm acceptance or replace legal advice.
